Namibia in Motion
About the Awards
The CST Awards celebrate the individuals, organisations and initiatives shaping Namibia’s cultural expression, sporting excellence and tourism growth ‐ recognising impact, innovation and national pride across the three sectors that contribute most significantly to Namibia’s social and economic development.
More than an awards programme, the CST Awards foster collaboration, raise industry standards and amplify Namibian excellence. Winners are announced on 4 September 2026 during the closing concert of the CST Expo, celebrating outstanding achievement before a live national audience.

How It Works
A public call for nominations opens on 1 July 2026. Anyone can nominate ‐ self-nominations and third-party nominations are both accepted. All entries are reviewed by the Organising Committee for eligibility.
An independent panel of sector experts reviews all nominations and establishes a shortlist of finalists per category. Finalists are announced ahead of the Finalists Celebration Night on 1 September.
The public votes for finalists via the Synergy Chatbot. Judges independently assess finalists against category criteria: excellence, impact, innovation, sustainability and audience engagement. Three categories ‐ one per sector ‐ are decided by public vote alone.
Winners are announced on 4 September 2026 during the CST Expo Closing Concert at Hage Geingob Stadium, celebrated before a live audience and broadcast nationally on NTV Afrika.
The Prize
Each category winner receives recognition that celebrates excellence and provides tangible support for continued growth within their sector.
Finalists Celebration Night
Before the winners are announced, finalists are celebrated at an exclusive evening featuring live performances, curated showcases of their work and industry networking. Sponsors, partners and media engage directly with Namibia’s leading talents and innovators. Each finalist receives an Official Certificate of Recognition and extensive media exposure.
